Hotdiggedy.com is owned by CyberSoup, Inc.  CyberSoup is offering Hotdiggedy as a free download site to customers for entertainment purposes or website owners wishing to link to various entertainment programs owned by CyberSoup in order to increase visitorship to their own websites.

Limited License
CyberSoup grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to link to our entertainment programs. This does not constitute a license to use CyberSoup's trade names, service marks, trademarks, or any other CyberSoup or Hotdiggedy proprietary marks or entertainment programs for any other purpose other than that which is intended by this Terms of Use.

Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, license, sublicense or otherwise give any CyberSoup/Hotdiggedy program to any third party.  Additionally, you may not alter in any way (either by appearance or code) any program or banner provided to you in this program.

Forbidden Websites/Uses
Hotdiggedy.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any website that violates our license policy or restrictions or engages in the following forbidden activities:
(a)  posts material that violates local, state, federal or international laws;
(b)  posts any material that violates or infringes in any way the rights, including copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
(c)  posts hate propaganda;
(d)  posts fraudulent material or fraudulent activity;
(e)  posts any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, deemed to be vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate, all as determined by CyberSoup at its sole discretion;
(f)  posts any material that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities;
(g) uses any software, information, or other material that contains a virus, corrupted data;
(h) uses any software or information to promote or utilize software or any of CyberSoup’s services to deliver unsolicited e-mail.
(i)  posts any material that promotes pornography or contains pornographic material (as determined by CyberSoup).
(j) engages in Spam

Privacy Policy
Information Collected
CyberSoup and Hotdiggedy gather two types of information about users: 1) Data that users provide through voluntary registration and 2) aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. When you register for a Hotdiggedy program, you will be asked to provide certain information:

* Name
    * City, State/Province, Zip, Country
    * Email Address
    * Website Address
    * Program(s) Registered For

CyberSoup and Hotdiggedy do not share or sell your information with any third party.

Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such including a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited.
